Why offices move to it

Three problems every CA office has, solved properly

Not a longer to-do list — a system that opens the work, bills it, and shows you where it stands.

Auto-generated assignments

The work opens itself

Set a work monthly, quarterly, half-yearly or yearly and name the day its period should open. On that date the assignment is created on its own — with the checklist, the documents and the staff member already on it. Miss a month, or a year, and every period in between is waiting when you return, none missed and none duplicated.

Work to invoice

Finished work turns into a bill

Completed assignments queue up ready to invoice. Tick them and the bill is raised — sub-client wise for a group, with GST, your bank details and the amount in words. Receipts and any discount allowed come straight off the dues.

Dashboard & reports

You can see the practice

Who owes what, what is overdue, which staff member is loaded, what was collected this month. Nineteen reports behind it, each exporting to Excel — so a question gets an answer, not a search through files.

Inside the software

This is what your practice looks like on the screen

Four of the screens you will live in. Pick one.

EasyMyTask — Dashboard
The EasyMyTask dashboard: money billed and received this month, outstanding, counts of active clients and open work, and a six-month cash-flow chart. The Assignments screen: recurring work listed by client and work type, with its frequency, the period, the staff member it is with and a progress bar. A printed EasyMyTask GST tax invoice for a group: the work of each sub-client listed under its own name with a sub-total, then taxable value, GST at 18% and the amount in words. The Due Calendar: a month laid out day by day with the statutory deadlines and the client work falling on each date.
Opens itself on the due date Group billing, sub-client wise

Real screens from the software. The clients and figures are the sample book it ships with.

Excel, WhatsApp and memory

Why a CA office outgrows spreadsheets

A sheet is fine for ten clients. The trouble starts at a hundred, and it never announces itself — it arrives as one missed return.

A sheet and a group chat EasyMyTask
Due dates Right only while somebody remembers to update it Every return opens itself on its own date
Who is on it Ask on the group. Ask again on Friday A name, a stage and a due date on every job
Client history Three folders and somebody's memory One page: works, documents, invoices, notices
Raising a bill Retype it, then recheck the GST Tick the finished work — the invoice is raised
Outstanding Add it up again at month end Live on the dashboard, with a six-month chart
Staff leaving The work leaves with them Reassign — checklist and history go across
A question Search files until it stops mattering Nineteen reports, each exports to Excel
Your clients' data

Where your practice's data actually sits

You hold other people's PANs, GST logins and financials. Before anything else, you are entitled to know where that goes.

It runs on our servers, not a box in your office

There is no machine to buy, no server to keep running and nobody to call when it will not start on a Monday. You open it in a browser — from the office, from home, from a client's premises — and it is the same practice, with the same work on it.

Your data is written to more than one server

A record is not left sitting on a single machine. It is split and written across separate servers, so no one machine holds the whole picture of your practice and no one machine failing takes your year's work with it.

Stored as data, not as files anyone can open

Nothing lives as a spreadsheet in a folder that can be copied to a pen drive or mailed on by mistake. Records are held encoded inside the database and only come back out through the software, to somebody the software has let in.

Only your firm, and only the logins you create

Your practice sees your practice. Inside it you decide who gets in and what each person may do — view, add, edit, delete — per person. An article assistant does not see what a partner sees, and when somebody leaves you switch their login off, not the work they were holding.

It stays your data, and it can leave

Every one of the nineteen reports exports to Excel, whenever you want, without asking us. Your client list, your billing and your work history are yours to take — being able to walk away is the only real test of whose data it is.

Client voices

What practices say

We file GST for about 190 clients. The returns for each month now open on the 1st on their own, with the checklist already on them — nobody sits with a diary working out what is pending any more.

Ramesh Kulkarni CA · Pune

The due calendar is the screen my team keeps open all day. ROC filings, board meeting dates and reply deadlines all sit on the days they fall due, so a month can be read in one look.

Sneha Deshmukh CS · Mumbai

One family has four firms with us. Billing them used to mean four invoices and a working sheet to tally it. Now it is one invoice, sub-client wise, and each firm's share comes off its own dues.

Anil Bhattacharya CA · Ahmedabad

What sold it was the dues report. I can see what every client owes, how old it is, and who is chasing it — before I had to open three files to answer that.

Farida Qureshi Tax Consultant · Nashik

Departmental notices with their reply dates, the hearing list and the process log in one place. I have not missed a limitation date since we moved across.

Vikrant Joshi Advocate · Nagpur

Staff workload and attendance in the same system as the work itself. At month end I know who carried what without asking anybody for a figure.

After you pay

How your practice gets started

No installation on your machines, no server to arrange, nothing for your staff to download.

  1. Tell us about your practice

Send the enquiry on this page or call. We will show you the software against your own services and your own recurring returns, not a demo firm's.

  2. Pay once

Rs 14,000 one time, including 2 logins. UPI, bank transfer or cheque — whichever suits your office.

  3. Send us the payment screenshot

On email or WhatsApp. That is what starts the account — you do not have to chase anybody for a confirmation first.

  4. We set the practice up

Your firm details, your letterhead particulars, the services you actually offer and a login for each person with the rights you want them to have.

  5. We walk your team through it

A session over call and screen share, with your own data already on the screen. Staff see their own work, not a manual.

  6. Then we stay reachable

The first year's support comes with the licence. From the second year the AMC of Rs 5,000 per year covers support and the updates released in that period.

FAQ

Questions before you buy

What is EasyMyTask?

EasyMyTask is task and practice management software for professional offices. It keeps your client master, recurring work, notices, billing, receipts, staff and reports in one place, so nothing depends on a spreadsheet or on somebody remembering.

Who is it for?

Chartered Accountants, Company Secretaries, Cost Accountants, tax consultants and advocates — any practice that does repeating compliance work for a list of clients and bills for it.

What does it cost?

Rs 14,000 one time for the complete software, including 2 user logins. Each additional login is Rs 500. Annual maintenance is Rs 5,000 per year. Every feature is included — nothing is held back for a higher plan.

What is the yearly AMC for?

The Annual Maintenance Contract covers the software being looked after for the year — support when you need it and the updates released in that period. Rs 5,000 per year. Get in touch for exactly what your licence includes.

Are any features locked behind a higher plan?

No. There is one price and one edition. Invoicing, reports, email, the due calendar, staff and attendance, and everything else are all in it.

How many people can use it?

2 logins are included. Add as many more as you need at Rs 500 each. Each person gets their own username, their own rights — view, add, edit, delete — and you choose which screens they see.

Does recurring work get created automatically?

Yes. Set a work as monthly, quarterly, half-yearly or yearly and pick the day each period should open — the 1st of every month, the 10th of the second month of each quarter, the 1st of April every year. The assignment is created on that date with its checklist and its staff member already on it. Come back after a long break and every period in between is waiting, none missed and none duplicated.

Can one invoice cover a group of firms?

Yes. Link sub-clients to a parent and raise one invoice in the parent's name. The PDF lists the work sub-client wise with a total per firm, and each firm's share comes off its own dues. Receipts work the same way, including a receipt collected on account for one firm in the group.

Does it handle GST?

GST is charged at your configured rate on every invoice, the GSTIN is validated as it is typed, and the PAN and state code are read out of it. Invoices, quotations and receipts all print with your firm details and bank particulars.

Can I email documents to clients from the software?

Yes, through your own mail account. Invoices, receipts, quotations, work-done notes, payment reminders and document requests each have a template you can word yourself, and every send is logged against the client.

Where is my data kept?

The software runs on your own server or hosting, and the database is yours. Nothing is shared with anyone else, and you can take a backup whenever you like.

Can I try it before buying?

Send the enquiry form on this page and we will walk you through it with your own kind of work in front of you.

What about support and updates?

Get in touch for the current support and update terms for your licence.

See it with your own work in front of you
